A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Carolyn Ann Green Soto age 69 will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 4:00pm at the families residence, 1110 Howle Street, Hartsville, SC.
Carolyn passed away on July 6, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Lumberton, NC the daughter of the late Daniel Grady and Nellie Hall Green.
She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed making sure everyone had plenty to eat. She was very creative, enjoyed arts and crafts and was an avid reader. Her children as well as others were very important to her, she was of Baptist Faith, a former Sunday School Superintendant and loved yellow flowers. She was a loving wife, mother and friend to all who knew her.
Surviving are her husband of 50 years, John “A.J.” Soto, Hartsville; daughters, Kellie (Robert) Heisler, Paulsboro, New Jersey, Teresa (Ethan) Kinney, Hartsville, Jennifer Evock, Hartsville; siblings Libby Taylor, Durham, NC, Daniel Green, St. Paul’s, NC, Marion Green, Fayetteville, NC, Pam Parker, St. Paul’s, NC; grandchildren, Ariele, Ethan, Jr., Percy, Jonathan, Zachary, Olivia, Nadja, Michael, Jr., Ashton, Sam; great grandchildren, Urijah, Braden, Vanessa. She was preceded in death by a son, James Richard Soto and a sister Helen Pearce.
