Funeral services for Buddy Hicks age 76 will be held Monday at 2:00 at the Hartsville Church of God. Rev. Patrick Dye will officiate. Burial will be in the New Market Methodist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Buddy was born in Hartsville a son of the late Gene B. and Emmie Lee Douglas Hicks. He was a member of the Hartsville Church of God and worked for many years for the Kirk Dunlap Family.

Surviving are one sister Gertrude Smith, Spartanburg; Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathleen Gainey and Margaret Odom; four brothers, Ray Hall, Troy Hall, J.B. Hall, Thornlee Hall.
