Services for Bobby Clements Skinner age 84 will be held 4:00pm Monday at Chapel of Norton Funeral Home, Bishopville Chapel. Pastor Allen Lynch and Chaplain Chris Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Newman Swamp United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held 3:00-4:00pm on Monday at the funeral home.

Bobby passed away on Friday, October 07, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Bishopville the son of the late Gene and Edith Witherspoon Skinner. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired from DuPont after 36 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and working in his garden. He was a hard working family man and known by many as the flashlight man.
Surviving are his wife of 31 years, Ethel Parnell Skinner, Bishopville; step son and niece Phil (Barbara) Houck, Bishopville, step son, Dean Houck, Bishopville; 4 step grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren.
