Birch Beasley

Mr. Birch (BL) Lee Beasley, 78, passed away December 13 at Carolina Pines RMC. Memorial services will be held Saturday Dec. 22 at 11:00 am at the Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Short will officiate. Visitation will be following the service.

Mr. Beasley was born in Chesterfield a son of the late Birch Lee Beasley, Sr. and Connie Rogers Beasley. He was retired from Sonoco Products Company, a member of the Old Timers Club, a member of Union United Methodist Church served in the National Guard.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra Ciuffetelli Beasley, McBee; three sons, R.L. (Jane) Beasley, Hartsville, Mickey (Teresa) Armstrong, Hartsville and Petey (Jenell) Armstrong, Hartsville; two daughters, Lori (Lance) Newsome, Hartsville and Sandra (Tim) Wilson, McBee; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; one sister, Corine Rollings, Bishopville.
