Funeral services for Billy Grant Johnson, Sr. age 82 and Gretta Johnson, age 78, who passed away November 9, will be held Monday at 3:00 at the Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Jeff Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday 4-6 pm at the Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson was born in Hartsville a son of the late Jesse and Ethel Easterling Johnson. He was retired from Perfection American Gear after 20 years of service and then he and his wife was engaged in Produce Farming for 14 years. Mr. Johnson was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church and a Veteran of the Korean War. Mrs. Johnson was born in Hartsville a daughter of the late Burtis and Hattie Edwards Johnson. She was retired from the Darlington County Public Schools after 28 years of service and was a member of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church.

The two are survived by two daughters, Cheryl (Ron) Winburn and Amy (William) King, Hartsville; two sons, Rev. Grover (Angela) Johnson, Great Falls and Billy Grant (Bonnie) Johnson, Jr., Branson, MO; 8 Grandchildren ,Billy Grant Johnson, III, B.J. (Mary Will) Johnson, Lance (Chassidy) Johnson, Autumn (Drew) Bahlman, Jacob Johnson, Devin Winburn, April (Ben) Phelps and Travis (Bonnie) King and 14 Great Grandchildren. Mr. Johnson is also survived by one brother, William Jesse (Margie) Johnson, Hartsville and two sisters, Mary E. Gainey, Hartsville and Helen J. (Rabbit) Barefoot, Hartsville. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred J. Stephens. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by one brother, Leon Johnson.
