Betty Jean Jenkins Byrd age 76 passed away May 20 at Carolina Pines RMC. No service is planned at this time.

Betty Jean was born in Ft. Myers, Florida a daughter of the late John Wilson Jenkins and Clara Johnson Waters.

Surviving are one daughter, Sharon (Eric) Gregory, Chapin; two sisters, Donna (John) Tolson, Hartsville and Vickie (Bill) Dampier, Cayce; one brother, Johnnie (Pat) Jenkins, Jefferson; three grandchildren, Kaylan Naughton, Keely Dial and Alex Gregory; four great grandchildren, Knoll Dial, Rivers Dial, Kendall Naughton and Presley Naughton. She was preceded in death by her step father, Paul W. Waters.
