Barbara Wilkes

Hartsville, S.C. Funeral services for Barbara Lee Wilkes age 60, who passed away January 21, will be held Wednesday at 3:00 at Chapel Norton Funeral Home. Dr. Gary Colboch will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home. Barbara was born in Hartsville a daughter of Romona Lee Byrd and the late Chancellor Marion Lee, Sr. She was a member of the Hartsville Southern Methodist Church, was retired from South Carolina Central Railroad and later worked at Tidewater Transit. Surviving are two daughters, Lindsey Wilkes, Arlington, VA and Kristen Wilkes, Charleston; her mother of Hartsville; one grandson, Zayden Wilkes, Charleston; two sisters, Sedell Rowe, Hartsville and Robin (Cliff) Lane, Darlington; Brother and Sister In Law, Mickey & Shirley Wilkes; Mother In Law, Louise Wilkes, Hartsville; Special Aunt, Betty (Gene) Watson, Hartsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Kenneth Wilkes and a brother, Chancellor Marion (Bug) Lee, Jr. www.nortonfh.net
