Barbara White

Hartsville - Mrs. Barbara Moles White, 80, passed away Friday evening, July 12th, 2019, at home with her family by her side.

The family will be receiving friends for a time of remembrance from 5-7 on Tuesday evening, July 16th, 2019, at Norton Funeral Home.  She will be interred at a later date on her family's land in the mountains.

A native of Bryson City, North Carolina, Mrs. White was a daughter of the late Edward Benjamin & Laura Woods Watson.  She retired from Belk Department Store after 35 plus years of service.  Barbara loved being outdoors and working in her yards.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Delayne & Glenn Clark of Hartsville; grandchildren, Bradley (Liz Sharnetzki) King of Portland, Maine and Laura King of Charleston; great-grandchild, L.J. also of Charleston; brother, Billy Watson of Camden; aunt, Sally Rogers of Bryson City, North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John White; son, Mike Moles; and a brother, Junior Watson.
