Graveside services for Annette Dixon Gardner age 83 widow of James Rudolph Gardner will be held Thursday at 2:00pm at Bethany Cemetery.  Dr. Guy Oliver will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home, Hartsville Chapel.  Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm at Norton Funeral Home in Hartsville.

Mrs. Gardner entered into eternal rest on November 12, 2018 surrounded by her family.  She was born on August 15, 1935 in Camden, SC to Barney and Evie Parnell Dixon.

Annette also known as GiGi by the loves of her life loved spending time with her family.  She had one child and one grandchild, the Lord blessed her with a son in law and granddaughter in law that loved her as their own.  She had three great grandchildren that she adored and stayed very involved with.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Tammy (Rick) Couick, Bethune; grandson, David (Jamie) (Melissa) Couick, Bethune; great grandchildren Deanna, Case and Sarah J. and her beloved pet Teddy; sisters, Eunice Player, Camden, Helen Threatt Camden; brother, Wallace (Gail) Dixon, Camden.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Ophelia Peanut Hayes, Margaret Shoemake, Bonnie Horton, Francis Caulder and a brother Charles Dixon.

The family would like to give a special thanks to McCoy Nursing Home Staff, to Cathy Blackwell (who she called her other daughter) and Agape Hospice.
