Anne Leverette Sanderlin

It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing of Anne Leverette Sanderlin, age 69, who passed away December 5, 2024.

A family-led memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 on Monday afternoon, December 9th, 2024, from First Baptist Church of Pine Ridge with Reverend Wayne Cash officiating.  The family will speak with friends following the service at the church. 

Miss Sanderlin was born in Spartanburg, S.C. a daughter of the late Almond Oliver Leverette and Doris Ross Leverette. She was a graduate of Northwestern High School and the USC and loved the Gamecocks. the beach, mountains, loved to travel, experiencing new things, loved to read, knit and loved animals.

Surviving are her children, Emily Sanderlin and Clay Sanderlin; grandchild, Ross Sanderlin; adopted daughter, Ms. Ginger Allen Shoemake; her granddogs, Pete and Camilla.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Sanderlin.
