Funeral services for Amos A. “AJ” Hornsby, III, age 29, will be held Tuesday at 2:00 at the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home in Bishopville. Rev. Kathy Carr and Rev. Cecil Stevens will officiate. Burial will be in the Concord Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 5-7 pm at the funeral home.

“AJ” was born in Columbia a son of Amos R. Hornsby, Jr. and Betty Copeland Hornsby. He was a graduate of North Central High School and worked at the Cassatt Country Store.

Surviving are his parents, Cassatt; two sisters, Hope (Warren) Robertson, Cassatt and Penny (Ronnie) Brown, Cassatt.
