Funeral services for Allyn Powers Lunsford age 66 who went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 16, will be held Wednesday at 5:00 at the Kelleytown Baptist Church. Rev. Rod Elliott and Rev. Gary Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in the Kelleytown Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lunsford was born in Bennettsville a daughter of the late John Luther Powers, Jr. and Martha Byrd Jones Powers. She was retired from SPC after many years of service and was a member of the Kelleytown Baptist church. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother who dearly cherished her family. She was a friend to everyone who knew her.

Surviving : Her husband, Tony Lawrence Lunsford, Hartsville; three children, Leigh (Sam) Lloyd, Hartsville, Chris (Taylor) Hall, Hartsville and Ana (Joshua) Parker, Cape Carteret, N.C.; two sisters, Carolyn Powers, Darlington and Ann (Steve) O’Neal, Blenheim. Seven grandchildren, Ashleigh Garson, Hartsville, Andrew Garson, Hartsville, Poppy Hall, Hartsville, Katie Johnson, Cape Carteret, Ayden Parker, Cape Carteret, Miles Parker, Cape Carteret and Morgan Lloyd, Washington, D.C.
